International Reference and Strategic Choice of China's Enterprise Strategic Management Model

The strategic management is an important means adopted by the modern enterprises for dealing with dramatic changes of external environment and satisfying the needs of operation and management in the process of economic liberalization,internationalization and market integration.Based on learning and borrowing ideas from the contents and evolutions of the strategic management models of international advanced enterprises,this paper probes into the strategic choice of enterprises’strategic management in China,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions on strengthening enterprises’strategic management.
