| 摘 要： | 对宁夏城市居民体育生活现状与体育消费特征进行了调查研究．结果显示，宁夏城市居民参与体育生活的主体意识不断增强，活动内容呈多样化的发展趋势，个人锻炼和与家人一起锻炼是体育活动的主要形式．宁夏城市居民体育消费水平不高，消费结构以实物型消费为主，但体育消费市场的前景很乐观，研究对宁夏城市居民健身工程的实施提出了相关对策。
