掺杂稀土元素镧的锶铁氧体超微粉末的微波吸收特性研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂稀土元素镧的锶铁氧体超微粉末,就镧元素的掺杂含量对锶铁氧体吸波性能的影响进行了对比研究.结果表明,用聚乙二醇凝胶法制备的掺杂镧的锶铁氧体S rL axF e12-xO19超微粉末,当掺杂镧含量x=0.03时,对微波吸收效果最佳.在7.5~11.9GH z测试频段内,当涂层厚度2.0 mm时,其吸收量均在17 dB以上,在11.4 GH z处,最大吸收量为33 dB.

Abstract:Super powders of SrFe_(12)O_(19) doped La are prepared by the sol-gel technique method.The microwave absorption properties of SrLa_xFe_(12-x)O_(19)with various La in the ferrite have been studied.The results show that the super powder of SrLa_xFe_(12-x)O_(19), prepared by PEG sol-gel method,has the best microwave absorption properties when the amount of La is 3at%.The absorption quantity of SrLa_(0.03)Fe_(12-0.03)O_(19)is over 17 dB in the frequency range of(7.5)~11.9 GHz and at the coat thickness 2.0 mm.The maximum absorption peak reaches 33 dB.
