| 摘 要： | 本文以芫荽(Coriandrum sativum L)的幼茎和叶柄为外植体,通过组织培养诱导出了愈伤组织和体细胞胚,并获得了再生植株,重点讨论了外源植物生长物质(2,4-D、NAA、6-BA、ZT)、碳源和有机添加物等因子对体细胞胚胎发生的影响。

| Abstract: | The calli and somatic embryos were induced from the young stem of Coriandrum sativum L and the embryoid was developed into plantlet. In the paper, the influential factors of somatic embryogenesis of coriander, such as plant hormone (2, 4-D, NAA, IAA, 6-BA,ZT), carbon source, organic additive et al, were studied. |
