| Abstract: | This thesis concerns with new methods of teaching on an undergraduate course called.Introduction to Comparative Literature.These methods include: learning a specific academic pattern with case studies,emphasizing the history of Chinese comparative literary studies and our consciousness of Chinese problem,guiding students to read some original(English) paragraphs of academic papers or works,and keeping a balance between the teacher's personal scholarship and elementary contents of the course. |
