摘    要:本文提出一种二维非定常微可压缩粘性液体流动计算的有限元瞬变分析方法及其计算模型,据此建立了采用全主元策略的波阵法分析软件,并以快速锻造液压机管道的流体瞬变计算实例说明其应用.

Abstract:This paper presents a transient analysis by the finite element method for a two-dimensional flow calculation of time-varying, slightly compressible and viscous fluid in high-powered hydraulic transmission systems. A new calculational model using the finite element method for the transient coupled field of the flow has been developed. An analytical software using the frontal solution method with a total pivoting choice has been worked out, which can effectively deal with difficulties caused by the unsymmetrical feature of finite element coefficient matrices in numerical simulation. By taking a high speed forging hydraulic press as an example, the application of the analytical method is demonstrated. Some fundamental principles in connection with the fluid transient performance in this kind of machine are summarized. The open-close characteristics for the main control valve of a high-speed forging hydraulic press have been determined to ensure small hydraulic surges.
