| 摘 要： | 在房地产开发活动中,不建立好与环境影响评价合理的响应关系,会造成环境评价不能发挥对房地产项目的选址决策、预防或者减轻不良环境影响等方面的作用,并带来各类环境问题。本文通过房地产开发项目与环评不良响应关系现状调查和环境问题分析,在综合各类环评成果的基础上,建立了房地产开发项目与环境评价响应关系检查表和响应操作流程。

| Abstract: | In the activity of real estate,it can lead to some problems such as the policy to address selection,environment protection if we deal with the relation between Environment Assessment and its corresponding response abnormally.In the paper, by analyzing the recent situation and the existing problem of environment in the negative relation,we set up the operation pro- gram of real estate development project and check table for response relation of environment assessment based on the kinds of the fruit of environment Assessment. |
