| 摘 要： | 首先对创新性人才的含义进行了阐述,在此基础上对创新人才的行为特点、认知特点、学习特点、思维品质特点作了概括总结;其次是将创新人才培养关键环节一实践教学进行了分类,在分类的基础上总结出了创新人才培养的三大实验类型;最后将基础型实验、应用型实验、创新型实验在创新人才培养中的功能、作用进行了概括总结．

| Abstract: | First,the meaning of the innovative talent is expounded. Based on this, the innovative tal- ents ~ behavior characteristics,cognitive characteristics,learning characteristics and thinking quality charac- teristics are summed up. Second, after the key link for the innovative talent training-the practice teaching is classified, three experimental types of innovative talent training have been summarized. Finally, the func- tions and applications in the basic experiment, applied experiment and innovative experiment are summa- rized. |
