| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一套从香菇子实体浓缩液中快速高效分离纯化香菇多糖的工艺．方法：采取超滤、乙醇沉淀、DEAE-纤维素柱层析、SephadexG-200凝胶柱层析、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶连续电泳等一系列分离纯化检测方法．结果：通过上述方法，从香菇浓缩液中纯化的LNT Ⅰb的纯度为95．55％；证实LNTⅠb为糖蛋白．

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a efficient craft of isolation and purification lentinan. Methods： Using series of craft, including ultrafiltration, precipitation with ethylalcohol, DEAE-acaellulose column chromatographi, SephadexG-200 column chromatographiy and so on. Conclusion： The purificating rate of LNT Ⅰ b was 95.55%, and it is proved that LNT Ⅰ b is a kind of glycoprotein. |
