高职护理生自我概念与自我监控能力、应付方式的关系研究

采用Wallace自我概念量表、Snyder自我监控量表个人反应问卷、应付方式问卷对420名高职护理生进行问卷调查，收回有效问卷401份．结果显示（1）高职护理生的自我概念存在着显著的年级差异，随年级的增高而降低．（2）仅在自我监控能力方面，独生子女要显著优于非独生子女．（3）随着年级的增加，高职护理生对退避、合理化的应付方式的使用有增高的趋势．（4）自我监控能力与自我概念间无显著相关；自我概念与应付方式的各因子均有显著相关，并且应付方式中解决问题因子、自责因子和求助因子能显著地预测自我概念．

Relationship Among Self-concept and self-monitoring Coping Style of Vocational College Nursing Students

401 Vocational College nursing students were assessed with Wallace Self - Concept Scale Snyder Self-monitoring Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire. The results indicated that： （1） nursing students＇ self-concept was significantly different in grade, it was cut down with the increase of the grade. （2） Only on the self-monitoring were only children significantly higher than none-only children. （3） The use of coping styles of escape and rationalizing were increased with the enhance of their grade. （4） There was no significant correlation between self-monitoring and self-concept, but self-concept was significant related with all aspects of coping style. The problem solving factor, self-blame factor and seeking help factor had significant predictions on self-concept.
