摘    要:通过N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖电位滴定曲线与模型化合物氨基葡萄糖、羧甲基纤维素钠、N-羧甲基壳聚糖以及标准盐酸溶液电位滴定曲线的比较,重新确定了N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖电位滴定曲线突跃的意义并推断出样品羧甲基存在形式和壳聚糖的结构组成。依据壳聚糖结构单元组成及羧甲基的存在形式,提出新的羧化度计算式.

Abstract:The potentiometric titration curve of N,O carboxymethylchitosan was compared with that of the model compounds and standard HCl. The meaning of abrupt change in the potentiometric titration curve of N,O carboxymethylchitosan was reaffirmed, and the existing species of carboxyl group and the structural constitution of chitosan were inferred. A new formula for calculation of substitution degree of N,O carboxymethylchitosan was given on the basis of existing species of carboxyl group and the structural constitution of chitosan.
