针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的动物实验研究现状及展望

目的 通过对近些年针刀对第三腰椎横突综合征基础研究的文献进行综述,了解针刀对第三腰椎横突综合 征动物实验的主要效应机制。 方法 基于目前针刀对第三腰椎横突综合征模型动物的基础研究现状,从造模方法 和从不同的效应机制方面对针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征动物实验研究的概况展开综述。 结果 通过对比实验 研究结果,在一定程度上肯定了针刀对第三腰椎横突综合征的治疗作用,也为临床研究及应用提供了参考和依据。

Current Status and Prospect of Animal Experimental Study on the Treatment of Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome with Acupotomy

Objective To understand the main effect mechanism of acupotomology on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome ( TCS) by reviewing the literature on the basic research of TCS in recent years. Method Based on the current status of basic research on the animal model of third lumbar transverse process syndrome by acupotomy, this paper summarizes the animal experimental research on the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome by acupotomy from the aspects of modeling method and different effect mechanisms. Result By comparing the experimental result , the therapeutic effect of acupotomy on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome was confirmed to some extent, which also provided reference and basis for clinical research and application.
