| 摘 要： | 目的:了解大学新生心理健康状况,提高大学生心理健康教育与干预的针对性和实效性.方法:使用大学生人格问卷(UPI)对大理某高校新生进行心理健康状况测查.结果:①总体上新生的心理健康状况良好,但其中有17.40%的新生存在各种明显的心理困扰问题;②性别因素是影响受测学生UPI得分的重要变量,而校区、专业因素的影响均未达统计学显著性水平;③初步调查显示,大学新生中有自杀倾向的占2.92%;④大学新生在学业成就和人际关系归因方面均倾向于内归因;⑤大学生的人格因素与学业成就、人际关系归因倾向性之间存在显著的相关性.结论:大学生心理健康问题不容忽视,学校应加强大学生的心理健康教育,提高对其心理问题干预的针对性和实效性.
