摘    要:分析了各种结构形式的压延筋、压延筋的几何形状和参数对拉延阻力分布的影响,以及拉延阻力分布状况对覆盖件拉延成形过程中金属流动的影响,提出了覆盖件模具中压延筋设计的基本准则.应用非线性有限元方法对轿车行李箱盖板拉延过程进行了数值模拟仿真,根据基本准则和仿真结果,局部修改压延筋的几何形状和几何参数,即通过调整局部拉延阻力分布和改善拉延成形过程中金属的流动,提高拉延制件的质量.实践证明,压延筋的设计准则和数值模拟成形方法完全可行.

Abstract:The effect of structure, geometrical shape and parameters of drawbead on the distribution of draw restraint is analyzed, and the draw restraint to metal flow in the panel forming process is also discussed. Some principles of drawbead design are proposed for panel die model design. The drawing process of a trunk lid is numerically simulated using nonlinear finite element. Based on the simulation results and the principle guideline, the geometric shape of drawbead is adjusted partly, and the material flow is controlled during the drawing process to improve the forming quality of drawing part. It is shown that the principle of drawbead design and the numerical simulation method of cover panel forming process are reliable.
