稀释冷冻脱蜡工艺的研究

稀释冷冻脱蜡是一种新的脱蜡工艺.本文着重阐明它的基本原理.根据工业试验的结果,滤速提高10～40％;脱蜡油收率增加约7％;蜡的含油率降到约12％,对影响脱蜡效果的因素如喷射混合的作用;稀冷塔内的冷却速度;最适宜的溶剂冷却温度和进稀冷塔原料油的温度等进行初步探讨.

The Study of Dilchill Dewaxing Process

The roles of the factor which affect the dilchill process were studied,such as the action of the instantaneous mixing of the oil and the cold solvent;the chilling rate of the mixture in the dilchill column;the optimum temperatures of the cold solvent and the entering oil.Appropriate operating conditions were found out. Under these conditions the rate of filtration increased 10-40%;the yields of the dewaxing oil increased 3-7% and the oil content of the wax may decrease to about 12%. The underlying principles of the dilchill process were also discussed.
