摘    要:本文用紧束缚近似计算了La_2-_xSr_xCuO_4(x=0, 0.15)的局域电子态密度.计算结果与能带论和实验符合,但比能带的结果更为细致.本文讨论了掺杂Sr以后的效果.与YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)材料相比较,可以认为这两种材料主要的超导机理是相同的.

Abstract:The local electronic density of states of La2-xsrxCuO4(x=0,0.15) was calculated by tight-binding approximation. The calculated results are in agreement with energy band theory and experimental results, but our results are better than that of energy band theory. We have discussed the effectiveness of Sr-doping. Compared with YBa2Cu3O7-x, we infer that the leading superconducting mechanism is the same for the two kinds of materials.
