Abstract:Discussed the change of the time and space of the plankton and thiey recovering speed after they are damaged by the power plant. The results show that the damaged rate of the algae is 11. 98-27. 08 percent. The recovering process of the algae chime in with Logistic mold. The damaged rate of the zooplankton is 31-90 percent,the most serious damaged species by the power plant are Copepoda and larval plankton. The fastest of the recovered is Protozan after it is damaged,and the most slow is Copepoda.
