摘    要:<正>将来源于黑松、马尾松的松材线虫分别用单异活体法和无异活体法人工培养后,以不同方法和不同溶剂对培养物进行提取,并用粗提浓缩液对30d以上生的黑松和马尾松幼苗做生物测定。结果表明,在人工培养条件下松材线虫无致萎毒素产生

Abstract:After multiplication in monoxenic and axenic culture media, pine wood nematodes isolated from naturally infected Pinus thunbergii and P. massoniana are extracted individually in different ways and solvents. Nematode extracts are assayed by application of extracts to over 30-day-old seedlings of P.thunbergii and P. massoniana. It is clarified that wilt toxins are not produced by pine wood nematodes in artificial culture conditions.
