| 摘 要： | 定牌加工是我国纺织服装企业生存和发展的重要方式,但定牌加工中容易引发知识产权侵权问题。防范我国纺织服装定牌加工知识产权问题的对策是提高知识产权意识、加强知识产权管理,签订好定牌加工合同,努力培育自主品牌等。

| Abstract: | OEM is one of the important ways of survival and development in Chinese textile clothing enterprises,but it easi-ly leads to the problem of intellectual property infringement.The countermeasures against OEM intellectual property infringe-ment in Chinese textile clothing enterprises are to strengthen the awareness and management of intellectual property,sign OEM contracts well,and make great efforts to cultivate self-owned brand etc. |
