尖尾罗蒂虫(Laurentia acuminata)哈尔滨品系的形态学观察

用改进过的蛋白银色染法研究了尖尾罗蒂虫哈尔滨品系的形态学。除主要特征与欧洲品系相同外,还发现一些新的鉴别特征。它们是:1)二波运膜不等长,内波动膜约为外波运膜的三分之二;2)背触毛列来自六个原基,除第2列背触毛为单列外,其余都是复合列;3)口器的深部结构与棘尾虫的相似;4)腹棘毛毛基既有左向小根,又有右向小根,缘棘毛毛基的纤维模式与棘尾虫的完全相同。根据口器及毛基纤维的特征,认为此种纤毛虫是和棘尾虫亲缘很近的种类。

OBSERVATION ON THE MORPHOLOGY IN A HARBIN STRAIN OF LAURENTIA ACUMINATA FEDRIANI ET AL.1979

By using an improved protargol technique the morphology in a Harbin strain of Laurentia acuminata was investigated.Except that the main features is identical with that of the European strain,some new diagnostic features in this ciliate have been found.They are:1) The length of the two undulat- ing membranes is unequal,the length of endoral membrane is about two-thir- ds of that of paroral one;2) Dorsal bristle rows are derived from 6 primordia,they are all complex rows except the second row;3) The depth structure of the buccal apparatus is similar to that in Stylonychia;4) The ventral cirral basal plate has a left-ward rootlet as well as a right-ward one,and the fiber pattern of the marginal cirri is completely identical with that of Stylonychia.On the basis of the features of buccal apparatus and of cirral basal fibers,the authors considered that Laurentia acuminata is not only a member of the Family Oxytrichidae but also a species closely related to the Genus Stylonychia.
