摘    要:利用粒子图像速度场仪(particle image velocimetry,以下简称PIV)测量离心泵叶轮内部伴有盐析的液固两相流场.用图像采集卡将CCD相机拍摄的流动图像实时地传输并存储到计算机中,采用自行开发的液固两相流图像处理及分析软件,先把粒子从背景中分离出来,然后通过算法,根据粒径的大小分离出固相和液相两相流的粒子.经过实际测量研究表明,该方法对硬件的依赖小,测量成本低,是一种测量输送含有盐析晶体的液固两相流动的有效方法.

Abstract:PIV technology was applied to measure the liquid-solid two-phase flow with salt coagulation inside the centrifugal pump. The image grabber card was used to collect the flow image and then sent to computer via data line. The liquid-solid image processing and analysis software were developed to separate the particles from the background. By using some arithmetic to survey and recognize the particle, the solid particle and the hollow glass particle that tracking the liquid were distinguished by their diameters. The experimental results show that the new method has advantages of lower cost and less dependence on hardware in the measuring of the liquid-solid tWo-Dhase flow with salt coagulation.
