| 摘 要： | 检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者血清,获得HBV标志物(HBV-M)多种组合结果模式.其中少见结果模式难以免疫学的一般原理解释,也不易判断其临床意义.本文5000余例样本例证了少见结果模式的存在,并从免疫学和分子生物学角度对重要的结果模式进行了综合探讨. |

| Abstract: | We examined the serums of infected persons with HBV and obtained many combinational patterns of designative markers(HBV-M) for HBV.Some rare combinational patterns couldn't be explained with immunololgical theory and their clinical significance was not explicit.The existence of rare combinational patterns was instanced with a great amount of information obtained and the significance of some important combinational patterns was discussed in terms of immunology and molecular biology. |
