创办新世纪少儿图书馆应遵循的原则

结合少儿图书馆的教育功能，提出了创办少儿图书馆所应遵循的4项原则：一是馆员适应儿童发展需要的原则；二是馆室布局应考虑“以儿童为中心”的原则；三是以“素质教育”为中心的原则；四是开放性原则。

On the Principles should Be Followed in Establishing the Children's Library of the New Century

Connecting with the educational function of the children's library, this paper puts forward four principles that should be followed in establishing the children's library. The first is the one that the librarians should meet the needs of children's development, the second one is that the arrangement of library's rooms should take the children as the center, the third one is to take the quality education as the center, and the fourth one is to persist in the opening principle.
