综合经济电子政务模型设计及技术实现

针对宏观经济领域电子政务建设，从总体规划层面，用分类表述法对山西省“综合经济电子政务平台”建设的基本定位进行了研究、归纳、分类；按照所划类别的功能、作用和相互关系设计了模型。进而以模型为基础，分别就模型的重要组成部分——网络基础设施、业务应用支撑平台、标准规范和安全保障体系从技术实现角度进行了分析、探讨。

In the light of the construction of the m acroscopic econom ic e -adm inistration,and from the level of the general planing,this paper researches,sum s up and classifies the basic allocation ofShanxi's com prehensive econom ic e -adm inistration platform ,and designs the m odelaccording to the classified functions,effects and m utualrelations,and further based on the m odel,analyzes on and probes into the im portant parts of the m odel including the network infras- tructure,professional application supporting platform ,standards and regulations,and safeguard system from the angle of the technicalrealization.
