充气滑梯风载锚固分析及仿真研究

摘    要:针对充气滑梯风载下设施倾覆的情况,研究了现有国际标准中的锚固准则,介绍并推导了锚固点计算公式,定义了锚固失效"三判据",利用有限元软件Workbench,依据静态刚度理论创建了充气滑梯的整体模型,采用MPC算法模拟绳索与设备的接触。在此基础上,选择不同高度锚固点位置进行了仿真,通过对比分析得到锚固系统的初步研究成果。

Abstract:Aiming at overturn of inflatable slide under wind load effects, the anchorage rule in international standard is studied. The formula of anchor points has been introduced and derived, and three failure criterias of anchor system are also established. According to the overall stiffness theory, a whole model of inflatable slide is created by Ansys Workbench with the MPC algorithm to simulate the contaction between the rope and the slide. Based on these, anchoring points located in different heights of inflatable slide are selected to be simulated, finally preliminary research result of anchorage system is achieved after contrastive analysis.
