反向精切法对调整已加工表面残余应力的研究

摘    要:本文根据加工硬化总伴随残余应力同时出现的原理,对反向精切法调整已加工表面残余应力进行了研究。试验结果表明:当采用适当的切削厚度(?)反向精切能获得残余压应力并同时获得硬化程度和粗糙度相对较低的表面。反向精切法适用于要求加工硬化程度较低,表面耐磨性要求较高和低残余应力的加工。这种方法具有使用简便和经济的优点.

Abstract:In this paper, the adjustment of residual stresses in machined surface by reversal finish cutting have been studied in accordance with the principle that the residual stress accompanies with work hardening. Experimental results show that residual compressive stresses, lower work hardening in mechined surface and lower roughness on the same surface can be obtained by the reversal finish cutting within proper cutting conditions. The reversal finish cutting is preferable for the work of getting the surface layer with lower or compresive residual stress, lower work hardening, higher resistance to wear. This method is convenient and economical. No special machine tool, cutting tool and work-holding fixture are necessary.
