| 摘 要： | 采用牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基、高氏一号培养基、马铃薯培养基、查氏培养基4种培养基对大庆富强地区盐碱土壤中微生物进行分离纯化,从4种培养基中分离出8种相对优势菌.经形态学及生理生化鉴定,发现8种菌分属于细菌、放线菌、真菌,而且盐碱土壤微生物组成与植物分布有关.

| Abstract: | The microorganisms from saline-alkali soil of Fuqiang area in Daqing were separated and purificated on four kinds of culture medium including beef extract peptone,Gause 1,PDA,Czatek medium 8 kinds of relatively dominant fungi were separated from four kinds of culture medium,dividedly belonging to the bacterium,the ray fungi,the fungus,the mold class after morphological,physiological and biochemical identifications.The result shows that the composition of microorganism from saline-alkali soil is related to t... |
