依托市场服务教育——论现代高校后勤模式、特点及其体系建设

解决当前高校后勤中存在问题的根本出路在于深化高校后勤社会化改革。高校后勤已开始由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变；高校后勤保障能力显著增强；高校后勤服务水平逐步提高。今后的工作目标是：深化后勤社会化改革，建立“市场提供服务、学校自主选择、政府宏观调控、行业自律管理、职能部门监管”的新型高校后勤保障体系。

Depending on markets, serving education——A study of models, characteristics and system construction of logistics at modern universities

The basic way of solving the problems existing in logistics at colleges is through social reform. Logistics have already changed their economic system from plan to market. The ability of guarantee and the level of service is becoming better now. The future goals of the reform are to deepen logistics socialization reform and establish a new college logistics guarantee system, in which markets supply service, colleges choose voluntarily, government controis generally, trade manages consciously, and departments supervise strictly.
