| 摘 要： | 从高栏跨栏跑完整技术的实效性、环节技术的熟练性、专业特点的经济性分析,具有直线性、节奏性、连续性和协调性等特点,其技术动作直接受动作路线、动作速度、跑跨节奏和环节速度等诸多因素的影响,通过对110 m跨栏跑现代和过去技术的分析,揭示了现代跨栏跑的技术特点和理论依据,为今后跨栏跑的教学、训练和研究提供了参考.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the effectiveness, the virtuosity in each step, its specific economic features of 110 m hurdle entire technique, and its rectilinear motion, running thythm, continuity and coordinative features, its technical motions can be seen to be affected by its movement line, the speed and some other factors. By the analysis of 110 m hurdle technique between the past and the present, we find that the modern technical features and the theoretical foundation are valuable in teaching, training and researching in modern 110 m hurdle in the future. |
