结构变形缝部位应力场的有限元分析

摘    要:采用空间六面体八节点等参单元,编制了有限元程序,对结构变形缝周围的应力场进行数值分析;同时针对该问题也使用ANSYS模型在分缝处施加不抗拉的杆单元对变形缝部位的拉压区域进行验证,对于变形缝部位的应力场取得了较好的仿真效果,为设计人员提供了可靠的计算依据。

Abstract:The struetral anamorphic joint seam often opens or closes result from uneven deformation, and as a result the biggish uneven press stress is produced on the closed seam, so these deserve attention to designers. Ifi this thesis a program with eight - noded hexahedral isoparametric demerit is given to numerically analyse the stress field in the structure and its anamorphic joint seam ; at the same time an ANSYS model with unanti - pulled pole element exerted on the joint seara is aimed at this problem to verify the pull stess region and the press stress region. It haa an better effect to simulate the stress field atithe anamorphie joint seam, and is expected to provide a reliable referrenee to designers.
