| 摘 要： | 目前我国高师院校教学改革和人才培养还没有摆脱传统教育思想的束缚,严重阻碍了音乐教育的健康发展。对教育教学理念的创新、教学管理模式的创新、教师角色与能力的创新三方面进行探索性的阐述,可以为高师音乐教育专业创新型人才的培养奠定坚实的基础。
