| 摘 要： | 维护教职工合法权益是高校工会的基本职责。目前,由于体制、法律的缺陷,高校工会在维权过程中遭遇种种障碍。解决工会维权难的问题,不仅要在加强工会干部队伍建设上下功夫,还必须从体制、法律等方面入手,促进工会维权工作的顺利实施。
