超声波技术在牛乳成分检测中的应用

摘    要:在综合分析当前牛乳成分检测方法的基础上,提出一种应用超声波声速、衰减系数和电导率相结合,检测牛乳主要成分浓度的方法,详细阐述了基于该方法的仪器构成。经在实验室和工业现场使用表明,该仪器具有检测精度高(脂肪、蛋白质、乳糖检测精度均优于0.1%)、稳定性好(重复性变异系数小于0.02)、速度快(80个样/小时)、成本低、操作简单等特点,它适合在实验室、乳品加工业、乳品收购站等场合使用。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing synthetically current measure methods of milk components,we put forward a method to measure milk component by combining ultrasonic velocity,attenuation coefficient and conductance ratio,and expounded the composing of instrument in detail.The results obtained at laboratory and industry locale show that it has lots of characteristic,such as high measure precision(all the measure precision of fat,protein and lactose are excelled 0.1%),good stability(repeated variance coefficient is less than 0.02),high velocity(80 samples/hour),low cost and simple operation.Therefore,it is suit to use at laboratory,dairy industry and dairy purchase station.
