摘    要:为探讨粉煤灰细度与水料比对加气混凝土热工性能的影响,揭示导热系数产生变化的成因,利用防护热板法的DRH单试件导热系数测定仪,测试不同粉煤灰细度与水料比加气混凝土的导热系数,采用双因素方差分析方法,考察对加气混凝土导热性能影响的显著性,并研究其作用机理。结果表明:粉煤灰细度与水料比均对加气混凝土导热性能有显著影响;利用拉普拉斯公式,阐释两因素变化导致加气混凝土中气孔性状的改变,进而探析引起导热系数变化的根本原因,可为生产高性能粉煤灰加气混凝土提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of fineness of fly ash and water material ratio on thermal performance of aerated concrete and reveal the cause of the change of thermal conductivity, the thermal conductivity of aerated concrete is tested with different fineness of fly ash and water material ratio, using DRH thermal conductivity apparatus with single specimen based on the method of guarded hot plate. The significance of the thermal conductivity of aerated concrete is investigated by using the double factor analysis of variance. The mechanism of action is studied. The results show that the fineness of fly ash and water material ratio have significant influence on the thermal conductivity of aerated concrete. Laplace formula is used to explain the change of porosity in aerated concrete by the change of two factors. Then the primary cause of the change of thermal conductivity is discussed. These can provide reference for the production of high-performance fly ash aerated concrete.
