| 摘 要： | 色彩压缩技术在数字电视及数字通讯中有极重要的作胜而ＪＰＥＧ及ＭＰＥＧ的标准化进程对世界范围内的生产厂家大幅度降低开发投入至关重要。作者以为，ＤＣＴ算法的精度等级及色彩快排序算法的标准化是ＭＰＥＧ标准化进程的关键。

| Abstract: | Compress Technique for hues plays extremely important role in digital tele-vision and digital communication, And the standard process of JPEG and MPEG is veryimportant to decrease the investment in large scale for the fiims in the worldwide field. Thewriter considers that the accuracy level of DCT algorithm and the standardrization of huesquick sort algorithm are keys of standardrized process of MPEG. |
