毛竹基腐病侵染循环的研究

摘    要:报道毛竹基腐病侵染循环的研究结果:(1)病原菌以菌丝或孢子的形态在病竹,枯立竹和病株残体及土壤内潜伏越冬成为次年初次侵染的来源;(2)风、随风和雨和雨水反溅是孢子传播的主要途径;(3)在自然情况下,病菌主要通过幼嫩的无伤表皮侵入寄主体内;(4)通过田间观察和病变组织的分离培养试验结果,结合病菌本身的特性可以初步确定该病菌是通过分泌毒素杀死寄主细胞后进入寄主组织的;(5)该病没有再次侵染。

Abstract:This poper reports the followins results of study on infection cycle of Moso bamboo foot rot caused by Arthrinium phaeospermam: (1) The Pathogen is over winter on (or in) the diseased or killed culms. stumps. fallen leaves and soil with mycelia or spores. It is the source of primary infection; (2) The wind and water splash are the most important means of dispersing the spores; (3) The invadins channels of the pethogen are believed to take place through the tender epidermis unwounded; (4)The results of observation and isolation indicate that infection mechanism is the toxin excreted by pethogen; (5) No secondary infection has been founded.
