摘    要:采用干法灰化法处理样品 ,HNO3 溶解灰化残渣 ,原子吸收光谱法测定了防“非典”中草药中 Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Zn、Cd、Ni、Pb、Co、Cu等 1 0种微量元素 .结果表明 :防“非典”中草药中的 Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu含量较为丰富

Abstract:Chinese traditional medicine preventing severe acute respiratory syndrome were ashed by drying-method and the residues were dissolved by HNO_3. Ten trace elements including copper, cobalt, manganese, nickel, calcium, lead, iron, zinc, magnesium and cadmium in the solution were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results obtained show that the content of copper, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and calcium is higher than that of other elements.
