| 摘 要： | 结合福州城市坐标系统转换的实际问题,探讨适合城市地方平面坐标系到1980西安坐标系的坐标转换模型,推导给出了最小二乘法求解参数公式,并对求解的转换参数进行验算和精度评估.设计开发了组件式坐标转换软件.

| Abstract: | Based by some practical problems of fuzhou city coordinate system conversion,the paper discusses the conversion model from the city custom coordinate system to Xi'an 1980 coordinate system.we deduce the parameter solved method of least squares,and we check the computation and evaluate the precision of the transformation parameters.the paper designs the software of coordinate system conversion by the component object model. |
