| 摘 要： | 高职院校教学档案，包涵广泛的内容，有其特有的属性。可以从加强领导．实行集中统一管理，强化档案意识，建立健全教学档案管理制度，成立综合档案室，积极应用现代信息技术等方面着手，加强教学档案信息化建设，实行现代化管理。

In order to strengthen the construction of files informationlization, and realize the management of modernization, higher vocational colleges should pay attention to leadership, implement concentrated files management, emphasize files awareness, set up a sound files management system, set up a comprehensive files center, positirely use modern information technology, ect. |
