| Abstract: | According to the current management and utilization of foreign periodicals of university library, and connecting with some new features of the current service and management of foreign periodicals, especially in the light of the situation that the utilization rate of foreign periodicals is lower, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures for improving the management and utilization of foreign periodicals of the university library under network environment. |
