生物质成型燃料热风炉结渣特性及成因试验研究

摘    要:采用生物质成型燃料热风炉,分别进行了炉膛温度、燃料层厚度、燃料粒径和过量空气系数等对结渣率影响的试验,根据试验与观察,得出了生物质成型燃料热风炉的结渣特性,并分析总结了生物质成型燃料热风炉的结渣成因、过程及结渣影响因素.

Abstract:By using biomass briquette hot-blast stove,the aricle carried out the experiments which are furnace-tank temperature,the thickness of fuel,the diameter of fuel and the excess air coefficient influence upon the slagging rate.According to test and investigation,we found the slagging characteristics of biomass briquette hot-blast stove,and analyzed as well as concluded the slagging process and its influential factors of biomass briquette hot-blast stove,further,the author concluded slagging genesis of biomass briquette hot-blast stove.
