| 摘 要： | 产业发展定位合理与否,关系到城市产业发展策略的选择,影响到城市化进程的速度与质量.以盐城市盐都区为例,回顾了城市产业发展中的经典理论与常用理论,如产业结构演变理论、区域分工理论和产业发展阶段理论,以期为产业发展理论的合理应用起到抛砖引玉的示范作用.

| Abstract: | Urban industry selection and judgment influences the industrial development strategy,the velocity and quality of urbanization.This paper generalizes the classical and common industry theories: the alternation theory of industry structure,the division theory of regional industry and the developing stage theory of industry.In the end,this paper takes the Yandu district of Yancheng for example and applies these theories. |
