高职高专学生创业素质及其培养

创业素质是经济社会人才素质的重要内容。创业素质包括创业意识、创业知识、创业能力和创业品质四个要素,它们相互联系,共同在创业实践活动中制约着创业的成败。因此,高职高专院校应该紧跟“全员创业”的时代步划,大胆进行教学改革,充分利用有效资源,多渠道多方式开展创业教育,把培养具有较高创业素质的学生列为学校主要培养目标之一。

The quality on starting an undertaking is an important component of talent quality in the economy society. It includes four aspects: consciousness of starting an undertaking, knowledge of starting an undertaking, ability of starting an undertaking, characteristic of starting an undertaking. They connect with each other and decide the success or failure of starting an undertaking during the practical activities. Thus, vocational college should keep the step with starting an undertaking of entire personnel, carry out educational reform courageously, and use the effective resources sufficiently to carry out education on starting an undertaking through many channels, and aim to cultivate students who are of higher quality on starting an undertaking.
