高校体育教师素质结构调查分析

通过对部分学生和高校教师的问卷调查,并查阅各种有关文献资料,从高校体育素质教育的需求以及社会体育的需求角度出发,对高校体育教师素质结构进行分析,即高校体育教师应该具备全面的体育理论知识,较强的体育能力,科学的教学方法,丰富的教学手段以及组织、指导大众体育的能力和服务社会的意识.

Research and Analysis on Quality Struction of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities

Based on the questionnaire of some students, teachers and some related documents, and also on the requirement of quality education of physical training in colleges and demand from social physical training, the author presents a compsehensive analysis on the structure of physical training teachers in colleges and universities, and suggests that the teachers should have a all round physical training theory, a strong physical ability rich and scientifical teaching methods, the ability of organizing and directing the public physical training and the mind to serve the society.
