| Abstract: | This paper is focused on follow-up control theory of F-P filter. The method of controlling the length of F-P filter by detecting optical power is obtained. Automatic follow-up control system has been invented for regulating the length of F-P filter. In particular, we have followup control intellectualized by microcontroller, so control operation is more accurate and convenient. This instrument of follow-up control is useful to simplifying experiment process. |
