摘    要:用硝酸铁和硝酸钡作起始原料,柠檬酸作螯合剂,采用溶胶凝胶工艺(Sol-Gel)在Si(100)基片上制备出具有c轴取向的BaFe12O19铁氧体(BaM)薄膜.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对薄膜样品的成相、表面形貌及磁性进行了分析,研究了配胶过程中所加入柠檬酸的量对薄膜磁学性能的影响,发现适量的柠檬酸的加入对BaM相的形成、晶粒的形状以及薄膜取向至关重要.

Abstract:BaFe12O19thin films with preferred c-axis texture were prepared by Sol-Gel method on Si(100) substrate by using Ba( NO3 )2 · 6H2O and Fe (NO3 )3 · 9H2O as the initial materials. Different amount of citrate was added to the solution as chelating agent. The crystal structure of the films was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD). Surface morphology was analyzed by atomic force microscope( AFM ). Magnetic properties were measured by using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). We studied the effect of amount of citric in the presursory on the properties of the films, and found that the amount of citric affected the phase, morphology and the magnetic properties of the films greatly.
