沙枣的营养成分分析及沙枣油的理化常数测定

摘    要:采用常规分析方法对沙枣的主要营养成分和理化常数进行分析,采用氨基酸自动分析仪对沙枣氨基酸进行分析,用原子吸收分光光度法对其微量元素进行分析,采用气-质联用仪对其脂肪酸进行分析。结果表明,沙枣含脂肪2.9%,脂肪中含4种脂肪酸,均为不饱和脂肪酸;蛋白质7.03%,水分7.85%,总糖53.4%,氨基酸总量3.81%,并含多种微量元素;沙枣油的理化常数为:折光率1.4776,比重0.9419,碘值159.32,皂化值201.77。说明沙枣含多种营养成分,是一种理想的天然食品和药物,具有较好的开发利用前景。

Abstract:The following equipment was used, amino acid automatic analy determental analysis for analysis of amino acid, atomic absorption spectrophotometer for detecting trace elements, GC MS for determining fat acid, and the normal method for determining carbohydrate and physical & chemical parameters of fat oil . Results show that the main nutrition compositions of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. are as follows,fat: 2.9%, there are four kinds of fat acid in the fat, which are unsaturated fat acid; protein: 7.03%; water: 7.85%; carbohydrate 53.4%; total amino acid: 3.81%, and many kinds of trace elements. The physical & chemical parameters of fat oil were as follows: nd\+\{20\}=1.477 6, d\+\{20\}\-\{20\}=0.941 9,I\-no.= 159.32, Sapon.no.= 201.77. There are rich nutrition in Elaeagnus angustifolia L. Elaeagnus angustifolia L. is a natural food and medicinal matters, and there is a wide rang of application.
