| 摘 要： | 当前,旅游工艺品设计与制作产业的迅速发展,带动了该专业人才需求量的增大。高职院校要抓住这个时机,加大教学改革力度,努力培养旅游工艺品设计与制作专业的高级技能型人才。应以培养动手操作技能和技术应用能力为主线,建设基于岗位工作过程的教、学、做一体化旅游工艺品专业课程体系;实行校企合作,探索＂双元制＂人才培养模式;加强产学结合,构建＂四合一＂的＂工作室化＂教学环境;打造专兼结合的＂双师型＂教学团队。总之,专业人才培养应以能力为本,满足市场需要。
