直立碳纳米管微电极对神经递质5-羟色胺的电化学检测

摘    要:在直立碳纳米管制备过程中, 以碳纤维为基底, 合成出碳纤维固载型直立碳纳米管材料, 用于制备相关碳纳米管微电极, 开展了电化学活性神经递质5-羟色胺的电化学检测. 结果表明该微电极对5-羟色胺具有很好的电催化效应, 灵敏度高. 恒电位解吸附处理方法能很好解决电极对5-羟色胺氧化产物的吸附问题, 使电极得到重生.

Abstract:Aligned carbon nanotubes(ACNTs) were synthesized on a carbon fiber(CF) substrate,and the resulting CF-ACNT complex was used for microelectrode fabrication and 5-HT detection.The CF-ACNT microelectrode displayed good electro-catalysis for 5-HT,thus detection was sensitive.Non-special adsorption of 5-HT oxidization products to the CF-ACNT electrode was resolved using potentiostatic methods with the electrode recovering favorably.
