不同产地枸杞子中微量元素的因子分析

摘    要:应用因子分析方法研究了不同产地枸杞子中微量元素之间的关系.结果表明,一个三因子的模型能够合理地解释微量元素间的相关关系;其因子得分可用于对不同产地枸杞子质量的综合评价,证实了微量元素含量与不同产地枸杞子药效之间存在相关性.这些研究为以后不同产地枸杞子的开发利用奠定了基础.

Factor analysis of trace elements in Chinese wolfberry in different regions

Abstract:In this paper, the factor analysis is applied to study the correlation between four trace elements Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn in Chinese wolfberry in different regions. The results of factor analysis show that a three-factor model interpretes the correlation of these trace elements. Taking the factor scores as new variables, they are used to the comprehensive evaluation on quality in Chinese wolfberry in different regions. There is a significant correlation between the curative effects and the amount of the trace elements in Chinese wolfberry in different regions. This study can be considered as a basic work for the further research on Chinese wolfberry in different regions.
